Service Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We strive to provide same-day service where possible, but cannot guarantee specific timeframes. Emergency services are prioritized based on urgency and safety concerns.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide upfront quotes before commencing work. Our pricing policy includes:

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within agreed terms may incur late payment fees.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with the following warranties:

Customer Responsibilities

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice. Late cancellations (less than 2 hours before scheduled appointment) may incur a cancellation fee. Emergency service calls cannot be cancelled once a technician is dispatched.

Limitation of Liability

Fortex Door Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Safety and Compliance

All work is performed in accordance with Australian safety standards and local building codes. We are fully licensed and insured. Customers are responsible for ensuring any modifications comply with local regulations and body corporate rules where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Fortex Door Services and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with Queensland law.
